Back to our beloved Hutchinson Kansas for our Fall

Prairie Dunes Trip

Joined by Bobby, Billy, Tony, Roger, Danny, Mike, Steve , Marty and of course Petey, it was 4 days on the Prairie golfing and having the usual hijinx that only this group can provide.

The golf was great, as usual, but the other highlites revolved around several burns and controversies.

The first problem was Petey going ballistic when Roger kept taunting him during the gin game.  Whenever, Roger got the card he was looking for, he would have to bang the card into his hand using his elbow. It touched a nerve deep, deep inside opponent Petey that brought Roger to an eyelash of being history.

Another burn had Bobby and I trap a small snake on the 9th tee to terrorize Tony with it.   We placed the reptile in my camera bag for 6 holes until I got all of us together on 15 for a group picture.   Positioning Tony on the end, I asked him to go into my camera bag to get some Lens cleaner.

Tony opens the bag, just as Petey hits him with a blast from the air horn.  Suppressing the ladylike scream I expected, Tony spots the snake and hops into the air petrified.  Another Prairie Dunes casualty.
