Absolutely apoplectic with excitement the

Rolling Stones Hit Chicago!

The Greatest Rock 'n Roll Band ever descended upon Chicago in Sept for 3 shows - 2 of which we attended.  On the 10th they played the United Center, and the 13th they played outside at Comiskey Park.

This was the Chicago stop on their "Forty Licks" tour celebrating their 40th year as

"The Greatest Rock 'n Roll Band In the World!"

For the United Center show, I got tickets for the entire Family as Kathy, I and all the boys saw The Lads for the 1st time together.

We had tickets Stage Right in the Balcony that afforded a great view of the Band.  Beforehand, we took some pictures in the Driveway with Kathy & the Boys pretending they WERE The Rolling Stones!

Bradley was in front as Mick.  Brettie Boy was Keith (not even looking at the camera - just as Keith does), Ben and Brett rounded out the Rythm & Percussion Section - with Kathy absolutely smoking in her Hip Hugger Jeans and Black Halter Top that prominently allowed her to display her Rolling Stones Tongue Tattoo!  SCHWING!

The Show was Spectacular.  Chryssie Hyndes and the Pretenders opened for The Stones.  The Stones sounded absolutely phenomenal  - especially "Tumblin' Dice" and one of Keith's solos "The Worst"!

On the 13th, Kathy, Sisters Laurie, Hubby Mike, Jean, Mrs Lee, and a couple former Moto Work mates went to the Sox Park Show.   That group is pictured below.

Once again The Pretenders opened before The Stones took the Stage at 9:35PM

Both Shows had very different Set Lists and can be seen at the bottom of the page.

At the Comiskey Park show, Laurie went Mental over "Midnight Rambler"  and we all went nuts over "Before They Make Me Run" with Keith's immortal line....

"Wasn't looking to good - but was feeling really well!"

Remember....
