On
a hot weekend in June, Billy Glickauf & pals met me & brother-in-law Steve Gallo
in the golfing mecca of the world, Hutchinson, Kansas. 
And while there,
Billy shared with us the remarkable culinary experience known as
The Blue Duck
An excellent Bistro located just off main street across from the Amtrak station, The Blue Duck is soon to be known world wide for not only it's Food & Drink, but for it's remarkably trusting policies when a guest informs the staff that they have forgotten their wallets and are unable to pay.
You see,
bonehead billy, takes his buddies Steve, Corky & Bill to this restaurant and
after they have a spectacular 4 star extravaganza with food & Wine, Billy
realizes that he has forgotten his wallet when he reaches for it to pay the
bill. Not missing a beat, Billy calls lovely Alexis the waitress
over and Informs her that he will not be paying, but since they enjoyed the meal
so much they would return the following night - at which time he would pay for
both meals.
Amazingly, Alexis says 'Great' and departs. Only Billy could pull that one off.
However, in picture right, you see what Billy should have been doing when he said he couldn't pay - scrubbing the grill.
