On a beautiful Fall afternoon, it was more than time to visit the Great Champion

General Charley!

Sister Jean & I made a hasty speed run down to Riverwoods Farm, home of Red Rabbit Racing's Founding Partner, Aunty Peg.

For a couple of hours she shared the Champion with us as Jeanie brushed him while I fed him carrots.

We then went outside to chomp on some fresh grass followed by a stroll down the lane to take some other snaps surrounded by the blazing fall colors.

Charley couldn't have been nicer, letting us hug, pet, poke, prod him to our hearts content. He is the perfect Horse!

Almost makes me forget the Speeding Ticket I got on the way home!
