Calvin Takashi-Johnson playing T-Ball!

Our grandson Calvin has been practicing and  chomping at the bit all summer to play summer T-Ball.  So in August he joined 2 teams - the Lightning and the Cubs and he was STELLAR!

Cheered on by his biggest Fan - sister Addie Girl - along with Cal's Mum & Dad, Jordan & Ben, our Calvin showed he was a great batter, the fleetest runner, with a howitzer for an arm, & by far the best smiler on the entire Team!

These games are 2 inning affairs, with everyone on each team batting twice.  

Calvin bats last in the order - which means by definition he hits a Grand Slam at each at bat!

The kids are encouraged to field the hits and throw them to the pitcher - with mostly limited success.

But Hey - they're just learning! 

Loving watching this boy play sports!
